Consultations are for new and returning yoga students looking to start or deepen their practice. On our call we will discuss personal needs, limitations, goals, strengths, injuries, etc. to better understand how to assist your growth within the practice, on and off the mat. It is our duty as guides to provide you with the tools for more growth and development within your life. We offer services for adults and children, workshops, and more. Our Enhanced Yoga sessions for adults are restorative flows with the use of THC/CBD (marijuana/cannabis) for patients of the plant medicine as well as personal use to incorporate it safely and effectively into your yoga practice.
