The Girlz Empowered fall afterschool sessions will be held at Crowell Rec center on Wed and Thursday 4-6pm starting later September.
Join our Period Chapter
Girlz Empowered P.P.P (Periods, Puberty and Personal Hygiene) program with Chantia Thompson. Self-care, coping skills, mental health, SEL, personal care, controlling emotions and more. Our Period Chapter will host events, education opportunities, monthly meetings, service projects and more thought the year.

Girlz Empowered private group workshops
Girlz Empowered workshops are available to groups for private booking. Ages 8 to 17 years old. Workshops can run for 6 to 18 weeks depending on the needs and wants of your group. Please call or email to schedule a consultation to determine the appropriate arrangements for your group.
Our diverse and inclusive empowerment workshops are for every girl! We recognize the need for accessibility in more programs where trans & non-binary children can feel welcomed. We welcome all humxns! Each session the girlz will learn a different topic from a wide-ranging curriculum. You have the option to choose the subjects you wish to explore. Available topics include self-care, gratitude, intuition, creative spark, anti racism & anti bullying and more.
